  • we offer worldwide shipping  to you directly by our official partner Premium Express delivery.
  •  Delivery times may vary depending on the season, estimating between 2 to 7 working days.

  • Online Payment.
Returning an item couldn’t be easier: Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 10 days from the date you received your order for exchange only .
  • We will collect the shipment from your home, work or an alternative address with extra delivery charge.
  • note that there are NO return or exchange if the garment is custmized since its sewn according to your preferred size . 
  • There will be a remaining balance under your name, for your future purchases if you no longer wish to exchange.
  • Financial Refunds are not applicable. 
  • Please make sure your items are returned in the best condition, unused and with PEARLA garment tags still attached.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Orders shipped abroad)
  • NO exchange for XS & S sizes as they're customized to your preference. 
  • the customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returned item .
